Scholarships

Through a generous partnership with Beacon Health Options, we are excited to announce the availability of twenty (20) training scholarships. Scholarships are valued at $495 each and will waive the tuition fee for those who are awarded a scholarship. Applicants will still be responsible for all costs associated with travel and accommodations that may be necessary to attend the training. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant meets all training qualifications as outlined in the Peer Support Specialist Training Guide

• Applicant completes all steps in the training application process and is selected to attend the training

• Applicant is not currently working at a mental health organization or is employed at a nonprofit organization that is unable to fund their training fee

• Applicant is an Idaho resident

In order to be considered for a scholarship, please submit the application below in addition to the training application found on the training page. Scholarship eligibility will be determined using the application and phone interview. Scholarships will no longer be available after twenty (20) total scholarships have been awarded.
