Application & Waitlist Process

We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible using the link at the bottom of this page. The training is in high demand and applications are considered in the order they are received. Applications will be accepted until each training is full. Applicants may be asked to attend the next available training in the event their preferred training is full. This webpage will be updated when each training fills. Please refer to this webpage for training availability rather than inquiring via email.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a training that we are no longer accepting applications for, you must submit an application for a future training and select to be added to the waitlist within the application. Please do not email to request to be added to the waitlist. The best way to be a strong waitlist applicant is to submit your application as soon as possible including both letters of reference

The application linked below must be completed online using a computer. Applicants must complete and submit the application at one time and will not be able to exit and return to it. You can preview the application here before filling it out online if needed. In order to expedite this process, applications are not accepted by email, mail, or fax.

Applicants will receive an email to confirm their application was received and a link to sign up for their phone interview. Applicants should sign up for their phone interview immediately after submitting their application. Please note your application will not be considered complete until both of your required letters of reference have been submitted. We request that letters of reference be submitted by the time of your phone interview.

The training fee is $550 which includes all training materials but does not include lunch, travel, or accommodations. Training fees are payable by check, ACH transfer, credit, or debit card after acceptance into the training. There are no scholarships available at this time, and we encourage each applicant who has a relationship with an employer to inquire about financial assistance to attend the training if needed. You can also research and contact the following programs to see if you qualify for their financial support: Vocational RehabilitationIdaho Employment and Training ServicesDepartment of LaborEquus Workforce Solutions.

Please read the training guide, application instructions, and the application carefully. We look forward to speaking with you!
